1. Vendor Resignation
EIMMUNA Medical Supply Inc. is a registered and approved vendor in the New York Statewide Financial System (SFS).
This registration enables eligible New York State agencies, public universities, and research institutions to procure our products through authorized purchasing channels.
For institutions requiring vendor setup or documentation, our team is happy to assist.
2. Compliance & Quality
Our products are manufactured by qualified partners operating under:
- ISO 9001 certified quality management systems
- ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturing systems
Selected products are manufactured in controlled cleanroom environments.
All products are provided for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and supporting documentation are available upon request.
3. Ordering & Payment
We support multiple purchasing methods, including:
- Institutional purchase orders (PO)
- Quotation-based orders
- Trial and evaluation orders
Payment methods may include ACH, check, or other institution-approved payment options.
