Product Warranty
EIMMUNA warrants that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product is determined to be defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us promptly at info@medilabsupply.com
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
RA numbers are issued after review and approval of the return request.
Returns of Non-Defective Products
Returns of correctly shipped, non-defective products are subject to the following conditions:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return shipping and transportation costs must be prepaid by the customer.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items Upon Receipt
If any items are received damaged, please notify us as soon as the damage is discovered.To file a damage claim, Email clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to info@medilabsupply.com
.Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.
Retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.Failure to retain original packaging may result in denial of the damage claim
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and require prior authorization. Please contact info@medilabsupply.com
for assistance.
Additional Terms
EIMMUNA reserves the right to inspect all returned products.
Returned items that do not meet return eligibility criteria may be rejected or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from EIMMUNA Medical Supply Inc.
